The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at COOU was officially established on the 1st of October, 2009. This marked the beginning of a journey toward creating a world-class center for women’s health within the Faculty of Medicine at the university. In 2012, the first set of students were admitted into the program, laying the foundation for what has now become a thriving department. – Five Credits in O’Level Examinations: These must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

– JAMB/UME Score: Applicants must meet the minimum score set by the university for admission into the medical program.
